I am not much of a dessert person. I would have no problem turning one of these pimple cupcakes down. Now if someone creates a zit pizza - that I may eat. Truth be told I wouldn't be able to stomach that either. I know this is just a cupcake, but I find it so gross. Would you pop this zit cupcake into your pie hole?
