Happy World Rat Day

April 4th., is "World Rat Day" the official day for the annual celebration of pet rats.

At last count over a half a million U.S. households have pet rats or mice.

Some rat facts to gnaw on:

Rats have belly buttons.

Rats can’t vomit.

Rats have poor vision and  weave their head side to side in order to see better.

A litter of rats are called “kittens” and a group of rats are called a “mischief”!!
