A harvest festival featuring a blacksmith exhibit, a sheep shearing demonstration, alpacas and farm animals, a Children’s Tent with old-fashioned crafts and games, a country store, horse-drawn prairie wagon rides, a bread and jam table, herb garden and butterfly garden displays, food, music and much more will be hosted by Seven Ponds Nature Center. Heritage Harvest Days will take place on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, from 11 AM to 5 PM at the center. New to the festival is The Harvest Pub which will be serving beer and wine. Admission is $6 for adults and is free for children (12 and under) and exhibitors. Seven Ponds Nature Center is located at 3854 Crawford Road in Dryden.
