Capitol Theatre Restoration Project Uncovers Artistic Finds [VIDEO]

Wow! Good thing these finds were preserved.

According to Mlive, the Capitol Theatre in Downtown Flint is in the middle of a $32 million restoration project and is slated to open in late 2017 or early 2018. Recently, workers at the Theatre have uncovered some really interesting stuff in this major restoration project.

There are a lot of design details and artwork that have been preserved due to the last owner's updates to cover up the pieces. They are now being discovered and it is hard to tell how many more secrets this Theatre will reveal.
