David Letterman and his "Late Show with David Letterman" on CBS TV has been putting the spotlight on The Beatles and their music this week with a different artist each night doing up the Fab Four. So far Sting, Broken Bells ,Lenny Kravitz and last night Sean Lennon, the son of John and Yoko, teamed up with The Flaming Lips and did a very visual version of The Beatles "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds."

The week-long salute to The Beatles, to honor the historic first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show 50 years ago.

Lauryn Hill will wrap things up tonight and then on Sunday night CBS will present “The Beatles: The Night That Changed America – A Grammy Salute” complete with performance by Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr,George Harrison’s son Dhani and incredible list of other musicians.
