Lapeer Elks Thanksgiving Dinner

The Lapeer Elks Lodge  will be serving a free buffet-style dinner, on Thanksgiving Day from 1-3 p.m. at the lodge on Nepessing Street. Visitors can enjoy turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables, stuffing, dessert, coffee and everything else that comes with the traditional holiday feast.

The annual Elks dinner feeds local elderly residents each year, along with local homeless individuals also for people who simply have no other family members in the area and would otherwise be eating alone.

Volunteers are always welcome.
