Man Accused Of Committing Crime With Cheese

An Iowa City man is facing a number of misdemeanor charges this week after allegedly committing a mischievous act with a jar of cheese dip.

According to IowaCity.Patch.com, Blake Oren Robinson was seen loitering in a local store.  Security cameras caught him stealing a jar of Tostitos Salsa Con Queso, chips and beer, which he then allegedly started consuming in the men's bathroom.  Employees called police after they found the bathroom walls covered in cheese, and Blake eventually admitted to spreading the dip when the cops caught up with him.  Police say the suspect was clearly intoxicated, and explained that he committed the acts because he "thought it would be funny."  The joke now has him looking at charges of public intoxication, third-degree theft and criminal mischief.
