Man Gets Sick After Eating Chicken Head

A Detroit man spent New Year's Eve in the hospital after apparently receiving a little something extra in his food. Clarence Lewis says everything was fine until he ate some chicken tenders.  According to Lewis, a chicken head had been fried up with the rest of his chicken tenders meal.  After being released from the hospital, Lewis returned to the restaurant and told them what happened, and while they apologized for the incident, he says they did not give him a refund for the meal.
