Put Cancer In Park Honors Cancer Survivors In Mid-Michigan
You may have noticed the ‘Survivor’ parking spaces showing up at Mid-Michigan businesses lately.
The special parking spaces are part of the ‘Put Cancer In Park’ initiative, that was started to raise money and awareness to fight Breast Cancer.
Townsquare Media, together with Greater Flint Imaging are teaming up to bring these survivor parking spots to businesses all throughout Mid-Michigan.
Below is a list of area businesses that are already helping to Put Cancer In Park, by placing a survivor spot in their parking lot.
- Greater Flint Imaging
- Yellow Dog Market
- Freakin Unbelievable Burgers
- Tia Helita’s
- Lapeer Country Club
- Christenson & Fiederlein
- White Horse Tavern
- Advanced Physical Therapy Center
- Signs By Crannie
- Bauman’s Running Center
- Victor & Merek’s
- Great Lakes Family Dental Group
Even though Breast Cancer Awareness month is only in October, the women and men fighting this terrible disease are battling all year long. This is a small way for businesses to show that they support those who are fighting.
