Pretty much no one under 45 knows what a Triple Crown victory looks like. American Pharoah, a quirky bay colt, has a chance to make a lot of people happy tomorrow when he tries to become the first horse since 1978 to win the series of three Thoroughbred horse races for three-year-olds. American Pharoah has quirks.
