Remembering A Classmate Who Died In Vietnam

Today Memorial Day 2015, I'm remembering all the souls who died for their country .One in particular is Henry L. Gutierrez Jr.,who I went to school with in Imlay City. I'll always remember Henry's great smile. Henry was killed 2/1/1969 in Tay Ninh Province in Vietnam. He was 20 years old.

You can find his name on panel 33w row 31 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington. More than 58,000 names of men and women are inscribed on the wall who gave their lives or remain missing. The Wall is dedicated to honor the "courage, sacrifice and devotion to duty and country".
