Elba Halloween Spooktacular
Join the Elba Township Fire Department on Saturday for some Halloween fun and fire safety. There will be Trick or Treating on the walking trail & pumpkin drops. Also on hand the Michigan State Police with their Child Car Seat Safety Inspections.
