Emerson Lake & Powell

We're getting into a popular number from 1986 today that Keith Emerson and Greg Lake did with Cozy Powell called Touch and Go.  It's forgotten now which makes it perfect for our Vinyl Vault.  It was actually quite a big hit for the boys, oddly enough, coming during the "anything goes - big hair - pink hair - no talent required 80's"...

The "P" in today's version of ELP is that of Cozy Powell, legendary late drummer who I believe may have played with EVERYBODY.  One of his career highlights is the album he made with art rock pioneers Keith Emerson and Greg Lake in 1986, which produced an unlikely hit for the even more so unlikely trio...
