Iron Butterfly's Lee Dorman was found dead at his home on Friday, Dec. 21. The bassist, who also performed in the progressive rock group Captain Beyond, was 70.

San Diego band Iron Butterfly had their 15 minutes of fame (OK, 17 minutes) in 1968 when the title of their second album went through the roof. In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida was a drunken slur mishearing of "In The Garden Of Eden", after which, the boys got such a kick out of, the slur stuck. This story has many versions but would you trust these guy
