A car crash on Sunday morning near Imlay City left two men injured.

ABC 12 says the alcohol, excessive speed and not wearing a seat belt are all believed to be factors in the crash. Police say the driver of a Chevy Impala was on Youngs Road in Attica Township when the crash happened. The car went off the road, hit a culvert and ended up airborne before rolling over. The passenger in the car was seriously injured after being thrown from the vehicle. The driver was also hurt but not as bad. Both men got out of the car before it caught on fire and was destroyed. The road was closed for almost three hours while rescue personnel and investigators looked into the crash.
