
Burning Bad Company – Today’s Vinyl Vault
The Burning Sky project from early 1977 was the first Bad Company album not to reach into the top ten. It didn't even produce a hit, save for the title track, which barely reached the top 100. Why the misstep? I think the boys were getting tired of their pop/rock recipe and wanted to do some other things - that didn't work out all that well. It is darker than everything else they did and clearly wasn't Bad Company. A perfect candidate for the Vinyl Vault! Let's roll that title, today around 5:20pm or so. Out of town? Listen live on-line.
