Alleged Columbine Like Killing Planned By Lapeer Teenagers

Appearing at a preliminary examination in Lapeer District Court yesterday (5/9), three teenagers charged with allegedly conspiring to "kill everyone" at Zemmer Middle School in Mayfield Township.
According to MLive, Lapeer County prosecutors showed a 15-minute video discovered on 15-year-old Asa Candela's iPhone. Prosecutors say the video mimics the Columbine shooters' "Basement Tapes," two of the teens who allegedly plotted to "blow the ... brains out of anything that moves" at the school filmed themselves planning the shooting.
The preliminary exam resumes in Lapeer District Court on Thursday, May 11.
