The ultimate go to spot for sledding in Michigan is located in Kalamazoo and it officially opens for the season in December.

Imagine climbing onto a toboggan and blasting down a steep hill while reaching speeds of 60 MPH. That is exactly what will happen when you visit Echo Valley in Kalamazoo.

60 MPH?! That is so freaking fast, especially on a toboggan.

Once you and your friends climb on one of their toboggans, will reach speeds of up to 60 miles per hour before coming to a stop at the end of one of their quarter-mile-long runs. Here's the best part, at the end of your run, their staff will do all the work and return your toboggans back up to the starting platform using their overhead lift.
