Flint Community Schools Closed Friday For Tech Issues

Flint Schools are closed today due to technological issues according to a tweet yesterday.

School officials tweeted out the closure information just after 5pm on Thursday night that there would be no school on Friday.

The reason for the closure is fairly vague, but most schools are going to error on the side of caution these days.

When I first saw the notice I thought Flint would be the first school to close down due to the EEE warning that Genesee County is under right now. That ultimately was not the case though. Either way, Flint students are going to enjoy a long weekend.
