
Haunted House Rock – Genesis on Today’s Vinyl Vault
A left over track from Halloween week I didn't get to - and a good one by Genesis. Home By The Sea is from the Phil Collins 80's era, something I can usually do without, but this one has always caught my ear. It's a spooky affair about a burglar that breaks into an old place only to find out it's a haunted prison. There, the ghosts keep him for eternity, telling him their stories over and over again, to which he must listen. Like any Phil Collins hit - torture! This wasn't a hit though and hardly ever gets on the air anywhere ... perfect for the Vault. Out of town? Listen live on-line.
