Home Repair Program For Almont, North Branch, and Imlay City

The Human Development Commission (HDC) is offering residents of Almont, North Branch, and Imlay City the opportunity for home repairs.For a limited time residents in those areas can be helped by the Home repair Program which assists qualified-eligible homeowners with many items including, but not limited to windows, siding, roofs, and furnaces. Assistance is in the form of a 100% deferred lien on the property, and homeowner contributions may be required. Contact the HDC at 989-672-1792 for more information or to see if you qualify.
