Local Coach Busted For Inappropriate Child Conduct

A Grand Blanc man is behind bars after being accused of inappropriate child conduct. Jacob Weissend, 21, faces six counts of 3rd degree child sexual conduct involving a female student(s) at  or student in the Carmen-Ainsworth School district.

Weissend worked for the school system as a volunteer Junior Varsity Softball Assistant Coach, was the Middle School Assistant Wrestling Coach,  and the Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach. You can read the letter that was sent to parents below.
