Medical Marijuana Public Hearing at Lapeer City Hall

A public hearing will be held today (1/11) at 6:30 PM by the Lapeer Planning Commission on an ordinance regulating medical marijuana facilities within the city. The Lapeer City Commission opted in early last year to allow medical marijuana businesses and later voted to allow for all license types — grower, processor, secure transporter, provisioning center and safety compliance facility licenses. Comments from the public will be accepted.
