Yet another Michigander has hit big with the Michigan Lottery.

It seems like Michigan has been a hot spot for scratch-off tickets this year. Just recently, a Kent County man walked away with $2 million in winnings from a ticket he bought at a Speedway on Broadmoor Avenue in Kentwood. It was a $20 ticket called $2,000,000 Bonus from the Michigan Lottery. The player decided to remain anonymous, which I would do the same, and opted for the one-time lump sum payment of $1.3 million.

I really need to go out and buy a lottery ticket! This recent win adds to a list of quite a few big lottery winners in Michigan this year. So far, we've had a 19-year-old Adrian man win $1 million, a family in Fenton that won $100,000, and a 65-year-old Flint man that won $2 million as well.

Seeing all these winners always makes me think of what I would do if I ever won the lottery. We have all had those thoughts. Looking back on it, my ideas have changed so much over the years as I think about what I would do. When I was in my teens and early 20's, I wanted all the cool cars, a mansion, and to never have to work again. In my late 20's into my early 30's, I was all about traveling the world if I were to win big. Just grab my family and closest friends and go.

Currently, on the other hand, I just want a big plot of land or lake property. I would pay off my debt and invest to where the rest of my family wouldn't have to work again. Well, wish me luck, I'm off to buy a ticket.
