With a minimal number of things to do in the world today, you can still hit the slopes at Mt. Holly.

Mt. Holly Ski and Snowboard Resort is open for the season and is offering you a place to get some exercise. Nowadays it is tough to find places to go and things to do with all the shutdowns, however, Mt. Holly is open now. Now that the holiday rush is over, Mt. Holly is open weekdays from 10 am until 10 pm at regular rates.

Even though the slopes are open, there are some rules you need to follow and COVID-19 policies in place. Face covering are required at Mt. Holly when in the lift line, the base of the hill areas, when riding the chairlifts, during lessons, and must be worn at all times inside. If you are in need of a little extra money, Mt. Holly is also hiring right now for outside positions. Those positions are available in full-time and part-time capacities. To apply or get more information, click here.

I'm glad to see that the slopes are open at Mt. Holly. Many people, including me, are just itching for something to do right now. With most places and events closed or restricted, it is hard for some to find ways to keep active.

I have only been skiing twice in my life and neither time were occasions that you could call successful. Snowboarding might be a different story though and I may give that a shot. If you are a regular on the slopes and want to me tumble down the hill like a snowball in a cartoon, let me know.
