What initially started as a narcotics raid ended with Mt. Morris Township police discovering a major counterfeiting ring on June 22nd.

Mt. Morris Police Chief Terence Green told ABC 12 that hundreds of items were taken from the home on Cypress Drive including fake credit cards, fake ID's and $10,000 cash. Authorities were initially there on a drug/narcotics call. Two unidentified people were arrested and are facing federal charges. I do not know if they remain behind bars at this time.
