A big day back in time for all you lovers of Queen rock and roll. It was on June 27, 1970, the band played the first show as Queen at Truro City Hall in Cornwall, England. Queen on stage that night featured Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and a guy named Mike Grose on bass who would be replaced by John Deacon.

It would take a few years for Queen to catch on here in the U.S.A. The 1974 'Sheer Heart Attack" album put them on the rock map.
