The NHL All Star Weekend begins tonight with the NHL All Star Skills Competition.  The lone Red Wings representative is Tyler Bertuzzi, who will show off his shooting skills.

According to the NHL,  Bertuzzi will be a participant in the Honda NHL Accuracy Shooting Competition.  Bertuzzi is one of eight shooters that will be a part of this event.

It is a timed event where the shooter is 25 feet from the goal line and has to shoot at targets placed on goal line.

Clock stops when player hits all the targets. Fastest time wins the event.   Last year the winner was David Pastrnak of the Boston Bruins.

The skills competition will also include fastest skater, goaltender save streak, hardest shot, shooting stars and the women's 3 on 3.
