An adoption from Detroit Dog Rescue has made it all the way to Good Morning America. Diggy, formerly known as Sir Wiggleton, was transferred from Detroit Animal Control to Detroit Dog Rescue, the only no-kill shelter in the City of Detroit, where he was described as "a big goofball." “After almost 100 days in the shelter, Sir Wiggleton just got adopted. Sir Wiggleton and his new Dad are celebrating adoption day with huge smiles all around!” said the rescue on Facebook. If you can't adopt, you can help Detroit Dog Rescue by donating money or supplies listed on their website detroitdogrescue.com. Each donation helps with the medical care these dogs desperately need before adoption. Read more here detroitnews.com.
