A previously unreleased concert performance by former Deep Purple keyboardist Jon Lord has made its way online, courtesy of a new website set up by Lord's family and friends.
It was a year ago today we received the sad news that Deep Purple keyboard player and co-founder of the band Jon Lord had died. Jon had lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.

This updated version was recorded at Liverpool’s Philharmonic Hall by Abbey Road Studio‘s crew and features the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic
Jon Lord of Deep Purple is undergoing specialist treatment for pancreatic cancer in Israel and hopes to be back at work with the band. The 70-year-old keyboard player confirmed the cancer last year. Deep Purple drummer Ian Paice, says that Jon is receiving a new treatment, which appears to be working well.
