It may seem like winter today but time's running out for vendors to sign-up for the Lapeer Community Spring Expo set for April 24 (4/24) from 11 AM - 4 PM. The free, family fun-filled day is a collaboration between the Lapeer Area Chamber of Commerce and Lapeer Community Schools.

Watch Lapeer's two high school robotics teams (The Chimeras and Strike Zone) race to get their robots 'bagged and tagged' before midnight on Stop Build Day earlier this year. All teams must stop work on their robot and seal it using the bag and tag provided in their kit. Both teams finished with two minutes to spare. Support the teams by bringing your empty cans and bottles to an Ice Cream Social

Lapeer Community Schools celebrate the first homecoming since Lapeer East & Lapeer West have joined together! Tomorrow night it is an "all schools parade" with all Lapeer County Schools represented.

It's the "Lapeer Community Spring Expo" this Sunday, April 27, from 11 am until 4 pm at Lapeer East High School. Vendors, food, free kids activities, door prizes throughout the day, entertainment and Free admission.

Head to Old Downtown Lapeer today June 7th at 6 pm to congratulate the Lapeer West, Lapeer East, and Lapeer Community High School Graduates. The Graduates will be walking through downtown with all of their fellow grads to celebrate their achievements.
