Going to a drive in movie in January is definitely not a Michigan thing, but that's exactly what's going to happen in Downtown Detroit.

Chances are you're not going out to celebrate 2021. There are one or two events planned but for the most part, with indoor dining shutdown, and just with people being careful, this is the perfect year to find a great movie and cuddle up, or if you have kids, to get everyone in their pajamas, pop some pop corn, and watch and laugh until the little ones conk out.

Make a night of it, eat, drink, and see a movie in downtown Flint.

The state has closed movie theaters to protect us from the virus. But here in Michigan, there are still a few drive-in movie theaters, that are open. You are outside and in your own vehicle, so no worry of sharing the virus.
