Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald has formally filed charges of involuntary manslaughter against the parents of the 15-year-old who brought a gun to Oxford High School and opened fire on students and staff Tuesday.

One day after three students were killed, and eight other people are injured at Oxford High School in Michigan this is what we are learning.

Oxford High School has been placed on lockdown after the school reported an emergency involving an active shooter.
