A Detroit man who is looking to start a family tradition of competing on TV game shows ran into a bit of bad luck on 'Wheel of Fortune.'

She didn't quite make it to the bonus round, but a social worker from Detroit got the chance to appear on 'Wheel of Fortune' and cashed in for second place.
