Tigers Squeak By Twins in Win

The Tigers beat the Minnesota Twins for the second time in two days … the final, 8 – 7.  Victor Martinez, Danny Worth, Brandon Inge and Jhonny Peralta all collected two hits apiece in the victory.  The Tigers also benefited from a nice performance from Joaquin Benoit when he struck out Twin All-star Justin Morneau with two base runners in the ninth inning.  The Tigers wrap up their series with the Twins tonight, with Rick Porcello taking the mound for the Tigers.
