You're invited to celebrate a day observed by the Irish to commemorate the patron saint of Ireland at Immaculate Conception Parish's St. Patrick's Day Party at Bishop Kelley Catholic School Community Room on Saturday, March 16. Enjoy a Wigley's corned beef and cabbage dinner, music of the Isles played in the Celtic tradition by Celtic Cross and a cash bar. The party begins at 5 PM and ends at 10 PM.

You'll have the chance to participate in Bishop Kelley School Mega Raffle with all proceeds benefiting the school. All proceeds of the dinner will go to the Pregnancy Resource Center of Lapeer to assist in the purchase of an ultrasound machine.

When you're talking about Irish music you're talking about dancing and Celtic Cross will be playing jigs, reels and polkas. Band members include Rene (songwriter, guitar, vocals), Mike (Irish harp, bass, mandolin, vocals), Ray (accordion, vocals), Susanne (flute, vocals), and John (songwriter, guitar, hammered dulcimer, fiddle, mandolin, tin whistle, bodhran, uilleann pipes, vocals).

Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children 6-16 years of age. Children 5 & under are free. The cost is $30 for a family of 5 and over. (Immediate family members only please.) Tickets are available online here and at the rectory.

Bishop Kelley Catholic School is located at 926 West Nepessing in downtown Lapeer.
