Tuscola County – Pit bull Found In Garbage With Throat Slit [VIDEO]

Nothing really surprises me anymore. Many things disgust me - but unfortunately most of us have heard it all when it comes to heinous acts against other human beings and/or animals. Take this story for example, I am not surprised that a dog was found dead in a garbage can in Tuscola County, but I am disgusted.
