This Unique Michigan Bed & Breakfast Will Have You Loving Ranch Life
Let's face it, the popular Paramount Network show Yellowstone has everyone ready to runaway, don a pair of cowboy boots, and take on ranch life out west. Although running away to chase a dream may not be in the cards for most of us, there is a Michigan Bed & Breakfast that can give you a little taste of ranch life, complete with roaming bison.
Pohl Bison Bed & Breakfast is the coolest hidden gem located in Rosebush, Michigan. They pride themselves in taking "unique" to a whole other level by making you feel like you've traveled outside of the state and found yourself out on the Great Plains.
What started as strictly a bison ranch, developed into a full experience for guests. Owners Krista and Jim Pohl offer their guests something more than just a room for the night.
"You will fall in love with this Amish-built log home with central air and featuring a knotty pine interior as well as a hand-crafted winding staircase. At the top of this beautiful staircase, you will find a quaint loft perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the birds-eye view from the loft's expansive windows. The 18 x 22 ft. bedrooms feature 12 foot high ceilings with large windows to gaze upon the bison pastures. Top-quality pillow top queen beds and in-room seating to enjoy your satellite TV are also included for comfort as well as a private bath."
Of course, your stay includes an evening snack plate and a delicious homecooked breakfast in the morning. During your stay, you can watch the bison graze and visit the onsite Bison Meat Store and Black Horn Boutique.
For those wanting a more rustic experience, Pohl Bison Bed & Breakfast offers camping at the ranch as well. Guests can enjoy both camper & tent camping with hookups offered.
