'Tis the season for pumpkin carving which means you've got to get all the "guts" out and the seeds!
There are plenty of ways to make use of what is left over of your pumpkin after you carve your creation into it but the seeds are probably my favorite part.
As I carve and scoop, I put all of my seeds aside in a bowl, then fill it with water and let them soak a bit so the "guts" are easier to wipe away. There's something so oddly satisfying about reaching into the bowl...I'm weird, I know.

You don't have to do your pumpkin seeds the same way and actually, there are TONS of different ways to prepare your seeds.
