Dance Party for Kids

The Marguerite de Angeli Branch of the Lapeer District Library will be hosting a dance party for all children and their favorite adults on Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at 921 W. Nepessing Street in Lapeer. Mom and Dads, grandparents, caregivers and children of all ages are invited to come in to enjoy some snacks, visit with one another, and get some exercise. Some group dances will include the Hokey Pokey, the chicken dance and the ever-popular fish dance.

No registration is required and families can drop in for a few minutes or the entire time. Another dance party is scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2014. For more information, call the children’s department at (810) 664-6971.
