Lapeer County Circuit Court Judge Returns To Bench

Judge Byron Konschuh went back to work at the courthouse last week. A letter posted on Facebook from Judge Nick Holowka to Judge Konschuh reads: “Chief Judge of the Lapeer County Courts and in consultation with the State Court Administrator’s Office you are hereby reinstated. The Administrative Leave is terminated and you can resume all of your judicial duties as of today, being 4-6-16.” Judge Konschuh began hearing cases on April 12.
