Metamora Country Days & Hot Air Balloon Festival

The evening sky will be filled with colorful hot air balloons today (8/28) and tomorrow (8/29) but you’ll also get a chance to enjoy anything from a horse and trolley ride, a candy drop and an inflatable obstacle course to a helicopter ride, an ice cream sundae and fireworks. As many as twenty pilots will bring their balloons to this one-of-a-kind festival where spectators are allowed to stand on the field among these nine-story balloons as they inflate.
