Circuit Court Judge Byron Konschuh is going back to the courtroom this Friday, but it won't be in Lapeer. They will appear before the 66th District Court Judge Terrance Dignan in Shiawassee County. Konschuh faced arraignment of five counts of embezzlement by a public official of more than $50.
