There's a world famous St. Patrick's Day Parade taking place this weekend in Savannah, Georgia but those who can't hold their liquor could end up paying a hefty price. According to the "Savannah Morning News," a vomit clean--up fee is being put in place for those who get sick in taxis.  A million-people are expected to attend this weekend's green events in the city and cabs will be pretty busy.  Throwing-up in the cab could lead to a 75 to 150 dollar fine.
