Busted! Local Sex Offender Caught In Florida, Planned On Leaving The Country

Fist bumps all around for the detectives who tracked down a Michigan sex offender in Florida. 

Russell Howard Ewing of Vassar was captured in Florida (Martin County), with according to reports, plans on fleeing the country via boat to Puerto Rico. Ewing (Tier 3 offender), did not report that he was leaving Michigan, did not register as a sex offender in Florida. As you will see in the video, he was captured in a Walmart.
