Detroit Teens Set Dog On Fire, Reward Offered [VIDEO]

A reward has been offered after some Detroit teens set a dog on fire with lighter fluid on the city's east side. The Rejoyceful Animal Rescue group is offering up to $2000 for the capture of these a-holes.

The victim, Bear, luckily was rescued by a teacher that saw the incident, but did suffer burns. The cost for Bear's recovery is estimated at $10,000 and a fundraising page has been set up. Unfortunately according to the dogs owner, Kelly Fluhart, Bear was/is not the only dog being targeted in the neighborhood. This is absolutely sickening and I hope these punks are caught soon.
