Felony Charges Against Todd Courser Refiled in Lapeer County
The misconduct in office charge against Todd Courser was refiled in Lapeer County yesterday by Attorney General Bill Schuette where the former lawmaker lives and the crime allegedly occurred. One of four original charges, it was dropped by an Ingham County judge because the alleged crime did not occur in Ingham County. Courser still faces two charges in Ingham County.
