Fenton Woman Dies After Being Hit By Minivan

A Fenton woman unfortunately died after being struck by minivan on North Leroy Street.

Dorthy Orth, 77, was walking across the street when she was struck by the vehicle. The unidentified driver that hit her is a 64-year-old man from Grand Blanc. Reports indicate he tried to swerve to miss her, but could not due to oncoming traffic. The accident is under investigation.
