Seven Ponds Nature Center’s 37th annual Heritage Harvest Days is happening Saturday and Sunday, September 14 and 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The festival is a longtime favorite with many in the community and is known for its family friendly atmosphere and a wide range of activities. This year, the nature center is pleased to announce that Heritage Harvest Days will be even more family friendly. This is because children 12 years of age and under, accompanied by an adult, will be admitted to the festival at no charge.

A big part of Heritage Harvest Days is the variety of antique tractors, cars, trucks, and engines on display. Enjoy all the traditional arts and crafts, with lots of demonstrations including sheep shearing. The Music Tent has a variety of musicians playing from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. each day. Many of the food items available at Heritage Harvest Days are long-time favorites including the very popular, old-fashioned gingerbread with lemon sauce.
