If you're panicking about a purchase, here are the options available to you.

Picture it - you went shopping and found the perfect living room set at one of Art Van Furniture's famous sales. You also got a SMOKIN' deal on it. You paid for it and went on your merry way, excited for your furniture delivery.

...and you haven't yet received your furniture.

This has been a common tale around Michigan with no real concrete answers. Luckily, there are now a couple of options for people who placed an order and have not yet received it.

Some Art Van store locations are open right now; if you've purchased something but never got it, you can bring in your receipt and receive said item(s) or, if they're not available, you can receive something that they have in-stock for the same price.

If you have the charge still sitting on your credit card and can't find an open location, call your credit card company or bank and dispute the charge to have it reversed. This will take a bit longer, but it's the only way that you can get a refund.

I haaaaate stuff like this, when companies shut down and their customers end up paying for it, quite literally. You can't just shut your doors and leaves your paying customers hanging out to dry; that's not their problem, it's yours and you NEED to take care of them before you close.
